Q -1  Ans Moist heat is more effective in microbial Control than the dry heat because is water is better Conductor of heat than air. Moist heat include boiling, autoclaving & ultrahigh temprature Sterilization. The most resistant bacterial endospores can be killed through moist heat Sterilization

 

Q .2. Ans Moist heat takes less time & results in better outcome of sterilization, low temprature are suffiecient to Sterile then compared with dry heat. Disadvantages include some substance dike power and oil can not be sterilized by boiling or with Stream, these substance can be damage by Repeated exposure to Stream.
